KATRINE KEHLET BECHSGAARD
I am a sociolinguist focusing on how we talk about and label people and phenomena and how we understand different ways of being in the world. Language contains information about our attitudes and values, who we are, who we want to be, and the time and society we live in. I am interested in the ways in which our linguistic choices both affect and are affected by the world around us.
